Morphis Art Extended Reach Proposal for Honda
Over the last 5 years I have driven my 2010 Honda Insight and 300,000+ miles, packed with our crew and our equipment, across the United States, as a live painting performance artist. My name is Christopher Morphis, and I am inspiring the world to create through live painting performed on stage, at events ranging from 100,000 person music festivals to sold out arena concerts with world famous bands. At each event we spend time building/managing mobile art galleries built from scratch where the 1000’s of event attendees enjoy the art and our message of following your dreams, mindfulness, and creativity. My Honda Insight has made my career possible, allowing me to travel efficiently and affordably. I believe other potential Honda buyers will benefit from knowing my story. |

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Christopher uses painting as a form of expression to create a physical manifestation of a conscious and mindful message. He has used this ability to create a seamless entertainment experience during live concerts since 2010, working with many respected bands in nearly every genre. His performance outlets range from the most intimate venues to stadiums filled with hundreds of thousands. The one constant is that each artist, each band, and each performance has encouraged an open mind and portrays a message of making positive change; both on a personal level as well as a larger scale for the world we live in. In addition to touring by himself, Christopher also collaborates with many other artists live at shows, and he has created independent collections of art featuring multiple painters working together, each project consistently attracts a new unique fan base. |
ABOUT THE BANDS: Morphis Art Collective currently tours with a variety of different world-renown bands across North America. We are also open to working with Honda Stage Sponsored musicians and concerts. The following are just a few of the many bands we paint live on stage with, reaching thousands of people through live music and art. We do over 100 live performances a year, so Honda will be reaching a growing fan base of 500,000 to 1 million audience members from combined yearly performances. |

What?
The following proposal outlines Morphis Art's plan to gain increased exposure and awareness of Honda Vehicles at a variety of Concerts and Music Festivals, through a unique collaborative partnership.
Objectives
-Share a unique true story about owning a Honda
-Provide a powerful new creative resource for Honda advertisement
-Create a direct line to the heart of today’s youthful driving audience through the unique creative voice of Christopher Morphis
-Gain more exposure and awareness of Honda Vehicles
Honda will have a direct line to the heart of today’s younger driving audience through the unique creative voice of Christopher Morphis . Working together as a team, Honda and Morphis Art can establish many different applications of this powerful artistic force.
Working together opens the door for a unique series of Honda Car commercials featuring footage from real life on the road touring: driving to a new city every night, Honda vehicles visible in event locations, enjoying time with others around and in the vehicle, famous musician cameo Honda endorsements, footage & photography of scenic locations along the way.
Special Live Performances can be arranged to have a custom Honda painting created live for select Honda shows. The footage and photography from these performances can be used to create a line of advertisement around the power of living your dreams.
With Honda's sponsorship of our large scale live painting performance, we can broaden our range to produce even greater performances, that reach a more varied audience with our combined message. Our vision is to expand to the magnitude of a Broadway production including: multiple artists simultaneously painting huge backdrops live on stage, musicians creating live, lighting & digital effects, projection mapping, and holographic art. Artwork created in these performances will be themed with a positive message of our choice. We have already been integrating these ideas on a small scale in our performances, and are ready to show the world something they have never seen before.
Our greatest mobile addition to our campaign would be the new Honda Art Tour Bus, where a medium to full sized tour bus will be covered in creative Honda advertisement seen in high profile events all over the world. An official “Honda/Morphis After Party” can be set in the tour bus where we do short interviews. Guests will explain their positive experience with Honda and the company’s steps toward advancement to “greener machines”. A unique advertising/social media campaign created from this footage is a valuable advertising asset.
Future Honda FCX promotion would also be a plan of action with the hydrogen vehicle coming out soon. Morphis art would be able to spread awareness to the most receptive environmentally conscious audience.

WHY?
Our goal is to educate and promote awareness of our effect on the environment, and our paintings embody this idea. We attract others in our audience who are also interested in making environmentally conscious decisions in their lives. Honda has lead the way for more energy efficient cars that seem to have a life of their own. I can tell others personally of my experience with this close relationship that forms when u own a Honda, which for Morphis Art has become much more than a machine you use to travel, but a companion on life’s road that you can always count on. Stories of these experiences will be shared in person at events to our patrons and online to our Social Media following. A Honda “page” will be added to our growing website www.MorphisArt.com with current traffic as much as 15,000 plus visitors a month.
